If you invest in women's sports, they will grow. One of the manifestations of this statement is the investment into women's basketball. With the growth of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) and investment into WBNA teams, college and professional teams have seen a growth in viewers and revenue. 

This doesn't come as a surprise and I argue it is long overdue. Women deserve the same investment and excitement that surrounds men's athletics. The numbers speak for themselves.
